If you are unhappy with the results of any of our services, Xact Natural Pest Management will return and retreat your home or facility for free. If retreatment does not deliver the results you desire, Xact Natural Pest Management will either return and solve your pest problem or refund your last service payment. To be eligible for a refund, you must have received the service for which you are requesting a refund for at least 90 days.
